Orders

How do I cancel an order on easyshopservices.com?

If you cancel your order before your product is dispatched, we will refund the entire amount, less transfer charges, if any.

If the cancellation is after your product has been dispatched, you can do one of the following:

    If your product has been dispatched but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same. Please note, you will be refunded only the product cost and not the delivery charge.
    If product has been delivered to recipient,you can only cancel the order if the product received has not been opened. Also, you will only be refunded the product cost and not the delivery charge.
    If a wrong or defective product is delivered, a replacement can be given within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost to you. The 7 Day Replacement Guarantee is applicable to all physical products sold.

Can the current staus of an order be checked online?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders placed with easyshopservices.com. To check the status of your order;

    Click on the “My Orders” link in the top right of any page on our store.
    Enter your Order Number and Secret Key sent to your email after placing the order

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Just give us a call on 0204383246 or email orders@easyshopservices.com stating your order number. We can find out and let you know if it is still possible to make changes

What are the various statuses of my order?

Below are the various order statuses:

Pending:
An order that has not been confirmed by the customer.

Confirmed by Shopper:
An order that has been completed and confirmed on our website by the customer

Confirmed:
Payment has been recieved and order processed for shipping.

Cancelled:
Order has been cancelled by the shopper after it has been Confirmed by Shopper or Confirmed.

Refunded:
For one reason or the other, the amount involved in the order has been refunded to the customer.

Shipped:
Your order has been completed, shipped and delivered to the recipient.

The details of your order and Secret Key will be sent to you over email to enable you check the status of your order.

Easyshopservices.com offers multiple methods to make payments for your order:

Returns & Refunds

How long does the recipient have to send an item back and get a refund?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

What items are eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can an item that has been received returned even though the item is not faulty?

We may agree to accept returns for cash refunds less the shipping cost and further reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase price for administrative costs. A store credit may also be given for the purchase of another item. Please see our returns & refunds policy.

 

Shipping & Delivery

How much do I pay for delivery?

Easyshopservices.com has adopted an option-based delivery cost system for all orders, irrespective of the weight involved and the destination. We have Standard Delivery(GHS15), Next Day Delivery(GHS20) and Same Day Delivery(GHS25) which is charged for packaging, handling and delivery.

However, orders with a total amount of GHc250 or more attract free packaging handling & delivery.

 

What are your delivery periods?

Our Standard Delivery timeline is 2-3 days, excluding weekends. Deliveries will generally be made between 10am and 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. However, Next Day(24hr) and Same Day deliveries are also available at an extra cost. Delivery depends on when payment is received for an order. Orders are processed within 48hrs and dispatched.

 

Can an order be picked up instead of having it delivered?

Currently we only deliver to the participating institutions. However, special arrangement can be made for recipient to pick up order from our offices or accredited pick-up points. The shipping fee is waived in this situation

How do I know that my ordered has been delivered to the recipient?

An email will be sent when the order is shipped and also when it is delivered. In addition, you will receive a text message in both cases

Are there any hidden delivery charges?

There are no taxes, hidden costs or additional dispatch charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive, all taxes are included with the list prices.

What happens when a defective or wrong product is delivered?

In a situation where a wrong or faulty item is delivered, contact our customer care within 24 hours of receipt on 0204383246 or email us at returns@easyshopservices.com. We have a 7-day returns & refunds policy. A full refund or replacement of the defective or wrong item will be made.   The right product will be delivered within the next 24 hours.
